Telepro Consultants ("Telepro", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and in the course of our services, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
- Business enquiries: your name, company, work email, phone number and the details you choose to share about your requirements.
- Job applications: your name, phone number, email address, the role you are interested in, your experience and anything you choose to tell us.
- Customer support: the details needed to identify you and help with your query when you contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
- Website use: standard technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site running securely.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, application or support request.
- To deliver services to our business clients and their customers.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We only use your information for the purpose it was collected for, or a compatible purpose. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share personal information only where necessary: with service providers who help us run our operation (such as hosting and communication providers), with the business client on whose behalf we are contacting you, or where the law requires it. Anyone we share information with must protect it appropriately.

Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask whether we hold your personal information, request access to it, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its processing in certain circumstances. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
Direct marketing
If we contact you for marketing purposes, you can ask us to stop at any time and we will record your request.
