Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA)
PAIA gives people the right to request access to records held by private bodies, subject to the grounds for refusal set out in the Act. Telepro Consultants' PAIA manual describes the categories of records we hold and how to request them.

Your rights under POPIA
- To know whether we hold personal information about you, and to request access to it.
- To request correction or deletion of personal information that is inaccurate, out of date or unlawfully obtained.
- To object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances, including for direct marketing.
- To lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
